ACS to Withdraw from Cartes Secure Connexions 2015

November 16, 2015

HONG KONG, 16 November, 2015 - Advanced Card Systems Ltd. (ACS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Card Systems Holdings Ltd., SEHK: 2086), Asia Pacific's top supplier and one of the world's top 3 suppliers of PC-linked smart card readers (Source: Frost & Sullivan), is regretfully withdrawing its participation in Cartes Secure Connexions 2015 from 17 to 19 November 2015.

In light of the security concerns posed by the tragic attacks to Paris last 13 November, ACS has decided to no longer send its representatives to the event. The company, however, commiserates with Paris and victims of terrorism across the globe. Moreover, the company hopes for the safety of all participants and the success of Cartes 2015.
