HONG KONG, 8 June, 2015 - Advanced Card Systems Ltd. The event will be held from 9 to 10 June in Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington DC, USA. ACS will be in Booth 313.
Smart Card Alliance Government Conference 2015 aims to discuss the future of policy and evolving standards for government-issued credentials, and their use in physical and logical access systems.
ACS will exhibit its latest products that are suitable for e-Government, Access Control and other smart card applications. These include: ACR890 All-In-One Mobile Smart Card Terminal, a new generation smart card reader with PIN-pad combines magnetic stripe, contact, and contactless technologies, and its Software Development Kit (SDK), which contains a standalone device demo.
ACS will also exhibit ACM38U-Y3, an embedded contact reader module that uses the ACR38 core, which supports the Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) and the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card, issued to US federal government employees and contractors. ACM38U-Y3 is one of the offerings under ACS’s newly launched Smart Card Reader Module product line, designed to be integrated into embedded systems, which include, but are not limited to: smart card readers, ATM machines, kiosks, and gaming machines.
