  Go to Windows Device Manager (Start > Control Panel > Device Manager). For lower OS versions, navigate through Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager. The AET62 and Touchstrip sensor should be listed under the smart card readers device type with the following entries: In the same way the AET65 must be listed under the smart card reader device type: The entries must not be accompanied by yellow exclamation marks (!), such as those shown below.
