• ACS Launches ACOS5-EVO Cryptographic Smart Card

  HONG KONG, 3 May 2019 - Advanced Card Systems Ltd. ACOS5-EVO, is the latest addition to the ACOS5 Series, a series of cryptographic smart card module from ACS especially designed for PKI and digital signature applications. ACOS5-EVO supports an additional cryptographic algorithm, ECC, also known as ECDSA, on top of the existing RSA algorithm. These cryptographic algorithms are essential in public-key cryptographic operations that can be used for the emerging technologies, such as blockchain technology. Providing support for hash algorithms including SHA1, SHA224, SHA256, SHA312, SHA512, 3DES-CMAC and AES-CMAC, ACOS5-EVO brings about a more secure encryption methods.
